Netflix is going to bring some fascinating series in the coming few months.

The Smashing Machine

In the coming months, Dwayne Johnson, aka the Rock, is going to make a debut on Netflix. He will be seen in the real-life movie “The Smashing Machine,” which is based on the life of an MMA wrestler, Mark Kerr. Dwayne Johnson is keen on making his mark as an actor. Accompanying him in this movie will be the British star Emily Blunt. Mark had participated in 27 matches in his career, winning 15 of them. He had also represented the USA in freestyle wrestling championships, twice in Moscow (1992) and Edmonton (1994), in the 100 kg category. But he didn’t win, so then he decided to shift his career to MMA championships.

This Netflix movie is going to feature a lot of MMA fights and will make for a riveting watch. The movie is slated for an October 3rd release this year.

Bridgerton

Although it has piqued the audience’s curiosity with its trailer, the upcoming Netflix show Bridgerton is set to premiere in 2026.

However,  2025 was the right time for it to go on air. The audience can wait for a season full of actors dressed as Victorian characters, large ballrooms, and, of course, Queen Charlotte and her judgments. It will feature the love story of Benedict Bridgerton(Luke Thompson), who is featured as a rake in the previous episodes of the show. This time, he will fall in love with an anonymous maid, Sophie Beckett, whom he has spotted at a masquerade ceremony. This role is being played by the actor, Yerin Ha.

The series will see Benedict chasing Sophie to win her heart. He has been besotted with her looks since the first meeting. The 4th season is based on Julia Quinn’s 3rd novel, An Offer from a Gentleman. Loosely based on Cinderella, this novel is about Sophie, who is the illegitimate child and is pushed to work as a servant in her father’s house by her stepmother. When her stepmother discovers Sophie’s romance with Benedict, she throws her out of the house. There will be a problem in Benedict’s romance, as his flame is poor.

The Diplomat

The Diplomat season 3 is going to premiere this year, too, on October 16, 2025. This season will feature the happenings of the US ambassador to the UK, portrayed by Keri Lynn Russell. In season 1, she had averted an internationally critical situation.

Frankenstein

The viewers can also look forward to Frankenstein, which has director Guillermo del Toro, recreating this epic novel featuring the monster(Jacob Elordi), created by the genius scientist (Oscar Isaac), streaming on  7th November on Netflix.Hoping that all these Netflix shows will keep the audience entertained.
