Sardarji 3 is the third in the series of extremely hilarious Punjabi movies featuring Diljit Dosanjh. In this movie, Pakistani actress Hania Amir, who plays the character Noor, is also there, due to which this movie was not released in India. But the story is as good as any of the Punjabi movies. In this movie, Diljit Dosanjh goes to the UK to free a castle from its ghosts. He has done an excellent acting job.

His co-star of the Jatt and Juliet movies, Neeru Bajwa, is also there, but this time she is playing a ghost named Pinky who helps the ghostbuster Jaggi. There are other ghosts also inhabiting the castle who need gifts for cooperating with Jaggi in ghost hunting, like medical kits and makeup boxes. Although the movie has light, humorous moments, the castle’s horror story is solved when Jaggi discovers a dark spirit that asks him to leave. There is another Jaggi in the movie who is trapping people by impersonating the Ghostbuster. How Jaggi solves this ghost mystery can be seen in the movie. This movie did a good business worldwide despite the ban on it in India. This movie is not getting streamed on any OTT platform.

Saunkan Saunkanay 2

Saunkan Saunkne was first released in 2022, where Sargun Mehta played the wife of Ammy Virk. She was unable to conceive a child due to she made her husband marry her sister. Although in the end, Sargun’s character, Naseeb Kaur, starts doing a job, she and her sister, Kiranjit Kaur, create a lot of problems for their husband, Nirmal Singh, in the beginning when he gets married to the younger sister.

This time in the movie Saunkan Saunkanay 2, Nirmal’s mother decides to get another wife for him to solve the rivalry issues between the sisters. So, Nirmal marries for a third time to a foreigner named Monica Belluci, who is also played by Sargun Mehta. However, Monica creates so many problems that the two sisters unite to get rid of her.

One of the funniest Punjabi movies, Saunkan Saunkanay 2 was also successful at the box office.

It’s full of comic scenes because Monica and the other two wives turn against their mother-in-law. This movie is streaming on Z5.

Akaal

Akaal Singh is about a great warrior in the 1840s who helps control the chaos in Punjab after Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s death. The peacekeepers lose hope as the thieves start looting villages. Akaal comes across as a ray of hope for all the villagers and protects them. This movie is not getting streamed on any platform as of now. Hoping these movies keep you entertained.
